The Austrian Political Science Association (AuPSA) aims to bring together early-career researchers for presenting their work, for professional development, and networking before the start of the D-A-CH Congress 2023 in Linz/Austria.

All MA students, doctoral students, post-doctoral students, non-tenured faculty, and other researchers in the early stages of their career are encouraged to submit their work. The workshop consists of a presentation and discussion session, a professional development seminar, and a networking event. The number of places is limited to 20 persons.
Research at any stage may be submitted to the presentation and discussion session (e.g., research proposals, research design, instruments, papers). However, for a fruitful discussion we expect a sound basic idea presented in the submissions.
The professional development seminar will cover introductions to a range of topics including how to present at conferences, how to network, or external grant making. Travel funding is available for a limited number of applicants (only AuPSA members) and can only be granted, when the applicant is not financially supported by his/her home institution.
